Online Nutrition Coaching

 

Your nutrition approach is entirely personalised for you, by me.


Outsource to an Accredited Dietitian, Sports Dietitian and Nutritionist who understands how to make good nutrition easy, flexible and delicious.

You'll receive a combination of guides, resources and videos at strategic points to support your journey.

Receive:

  • Flexible meal plans & explanations for each of your nutrition phases including macronutrients and a meal-by-meal breakdown
  • Bonus nutrition education videos weekly, to enhance your knowledge
  • Additional recipe meal plans for kitchen inspo (all recipes are quick and family-friendly)

Premium support included in coaching:

  • Weekly check-ins for regular assessment and accountability
  • A clear structure to achieve your goals
  • Bonus messaging support in between formal check-in points
  • Bonus resources for meal planning
  • An exit plan for when you're ready to graduate from coaching
  • Optional alumni program to continue coaching at a reduced rate (from $36/week for nutrition)

Online Exercise Coaching

Transform your physique.

From complete beginner, to weights lover, recreational athlete or marathon runner. Exercise coaching is suitable for any level of fitness.

I'll meet you exactly where you're at, and help you get to the next level to support your fitness goals.

Get off the proverbial merry-go-round of overtraining, excess cardio and lack of intentional programming. Your program will be designed around your preferences, training history, and goal outcomes to get you to your fittest physique effectively.

  • Delivered through an interactive app with exercise demonstrations so you can access it anywhere, anytime.
  • All resistance training programmed (choose from gym or home, I create your program around your equipment)
  • All cardio for each phase is provided (this is periodised based on your goal, including but not limited to general fitness, fat loss, improve running distance)
  • Bonus form feedback; send videos from any of your sessions to improve your execution

Premium support included in coaching:

  • Weekly check-ins for regular assessment and accountability

Combined Coaching

Exercise coaching ($69/week) + Nutrition coaching ($99/week) = Combined coaching for only $168 $129.

All coaching options are packages for a minimum of 12 weeks that include all of the resources and guidance you need, plus 12 weekly check-ins to boost accountability. 
You can choose a payment plan (PP) of a weekly debit, or pay in full for a $10/week discount. 

FAQS

Can I claim back the cost of coaching?
You will have to ask your private health provider as every level of cover is different. However, most times my clients claim back through their 'nutrition cover', or with 'lifestyle improvement' cover. I can provide an itemised receipt for you with a weekly break down of costs.

What's the big difference between online coaching and video consultations?
Video consultations are designed to be face-to-face meetings for people who prefer this method of communication.
Online coaching is all online with no face-to-face contact. However, online coaching includes direct WhatsApp message support and a weekly check-in (conducted via online form & WhatsApp feedback messages), as well as weekly resources and mini coaching education videos within the package.
Video Consultations do not include this.
