After we discuss your nutrition and health goals, you will receive a combination of dietary strategies and nutrition education, as well as a full nutrition assessment, dietary recommendations, and goals breakdown, plus a clear plan and timeline to achieve your goals across differing nutrition phases.
You can also choose to add on a personalised flexible meal plan if this suits your goals.

Review of progress, plan modifications, discussion of further steps, education and nutrition knowledge around managing your goals and upskilling your nutrition strategies.

How much will I get back if claiming the cost of the appointments?
You will have to ask your private health provider as every level of cover is different.
What's the big difference between online coaching and video consultations?
Video consultations are designed to be face-to-face meetings for people who prefer this method of communication.
Online coaching is all online with no face-to-face contact. However, online coaching includes direct WhatsApp message support and a weekly check-in (conducted via online form & WhatsApp feedback messages), as well as weekly resources and mini coaching videos within the package.
Video Consultations do not include this.
